The Special Collections Research Center has an active instruction program that utilizes rare books, manuscript and archival collections, and other materials from our holdings. Our custom-designed instruction sessions introduce undergraduate and graduate students to methodologies of original research on a wide range of topics. We also offer presentations to K-12 students and other groups upon request.
Due to COVID-19, the Special Collections Research Center will be offering virtual only instruction sessions for fall 2020 prioritizing the use of online collections. With three or more weeks notice our staff can prepare synchronous sessions or asynchronous video recordings with a limited number of items. Please complete our online request form to arrange your virtual instruction session.
