Biography

Spencer D. Parratt (1902-1992) was a political science professor at Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. He joined the faculty in the early 1930s and primarily taught government and public law.

The Spencer D. Parratt Papers consists of correspondence sent to Parratt from various government officials and political scientists, such as Robert F. Kennedy and Charles A. Beard, as well as photographs of Parratt and fellow professors from Syracuse University.
