Biography

Photograph of Colin Dorrance

Colin Dorrance was an eighteen-year-old probationary officer with the Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary in 1988. Colin is a graduate of Lockerbie Academy, and was in the town of Lockerbie for a party on December 21, 1988. He was one of the first officers on the scene following the crash of Pan Am Flight 103. Colin is currently a Sergeant with Police Scotland. His daughter, Claire, was a 2012-2013 Lockerbie Scholar.
