Biographical History

Neal P. McCurn (1926- ) is a New York State attorney and legislator. He served in the United States Navy during World War II and received his law degree from Syracuse University in 1950. He served as state senator from the 46th district and as president of the Syracuse Common Council, and as of 2009 is a senior judge of the United States District Court, Northern District of New York.
