Belfer Classroom (Room 102)

Classroom 004 (Room 004)

  • Location: Room 004 (Basement), Bird Library
  • Capacity: 35 classroom style and 75 lecture style
  • Equipment: Wireless or wired network, document camera, camera for video conferencing, audio system with microphones, interactive display, a large HD projector and screen in this room.

    Hardware and software assistance for equipment in this room is provided by ITS Learning Environments. Please use the dedicated phone in the front cabinet for equipment support.

    Reservations to use this room between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays must be submitted to the Registrar's Office

    All reservation requests for use after 5:00 p.m. and on weekends must be submitted via the Libraries’ room reservation web form.

Hillyer Room (Room 606)

    Standard set-up includes auditorium-style seating, projection screen, and Internet connection.  View room layout.

    An audio visual cart is provided in the room closet closest to the windows, equipped with laptop, projector, speaker phone, wireless keyboard and mouse, and speakers. Easels are located in the same closet as the AV cart. The host of the function is responsible for retrieving the AV cart from the closet as well as returning it to closet at the end of the event.

    All equipment is set up for self-service. The host of the function is responsible for setup, operation, and shutdown of the equipment. Libraries staff should arrange for training prior to room use. Departmental Technology Associates provide room training for employees in their respective departments.

Peter Graham Scholarly Commons (Room 114)

    Wireless or wired network, conference phone, audio system with microphones, easels (located in rear coat closet), DVD/VHS player, a large HD projector, and screen. Cell phones, tablets, and PCs are among the different devices that can be connected and viewed on the screen (adapters for all variations are not provided). Additional equipment is available upon request.
