Nutrition

The resources in the nutrition collection support the teaching and research activities of the Nutrition and Hospitality Management Programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as other disciplines with an interest in health-related issues. Some of the many areas included are human nutrition, diet and disease, diet therapy, food biochemistry, food safety and production, food and culture, eating disorders, nutrition and exercise, and hospitality and foodservice management.
