    From iVillage, there are various calculators useful to determine things such as healthy weight, body mass index, daily nutrient requirements, and how many calories burned doing various activities.

    Interactive site from the National Cancer Institute and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Included are a chart for rating your eating and exercise habits, steps to eating 5 a day and getting physically fit, and recipes. You can also print out your own tracking chart.

    Searchable database of food composition and nutrition information. Includes some fast food restaurants.
  • USDA Nutrient Database for Standard Reference (Release 20)
    Searchable database of nutritional values of over 5900 foods.
  • Calorie Control Council
    Besides just calculating calories and fat grams in food, you can also track your daily totals using the enhanced calorie calculator. There are numerous other calculators, including exercise, healthy weight, and weight maintenance calculators. There are also healthy recipes and meal plans.
