The music collections are housed on the fourth floor of Bird Library and are part of the Fine Arts Department. These include printed music (M), books and periodicals about music (ML and MT), as well as compact discs, cassette tapes and 33 1/3 rpm recordings. Recordings and some scores and books are located in the Limited Access collection between the Fine Arts reference desk and the Slide Collection. This room also houses sound equipment for music listening.
