New York Center for the BookThe New York Center for the Book promotes book culture throughout New York State. The New York Center is a state affiliate of the Library of Congress Center for the Book, which was founded in 1977 "to promote books, reading, libraries, and literacy."; Center for the Book, Library of Congress.
