SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGYSTUDY AREAThis spacious reading room provides large tables and individual carrels for group study space and reflection. It is affectionately nicknamed "the pit" because of its sunken elevation from the rest of the Science & Technology Library's main floor. There are power outlets along the perimeter of the room for laptop computers. The entire first floor of the library and parts of other floors have wireless computer access.
