The Patron Information screen displays:
Personal Information
Name, address, telephone number
A list of items currently checked out to you and their due dates
In order to view Patron Information:
- Connect to
Patron Information
- IF YOU HAVE AN SU ID card: enter your 10-digit SUID number (without
dashes)
-or-
IF YOU HAVE A LIBRARY COURTESY CARD: enter the barcode number
- Enter your last name
- Click Login.
Troubleshooting Login
If you are having trouble logging in to your account:
- make sure you you didn't forget to type in the last (10th) digit
on your ID
- make sure you haven't typed the dashes in the ID number
- you may have a Jr. or Sr. as part of your last name, in which
case you need to include it as part of your last name
- you may not be registered or your ID card may not be active Contact

Renewal
Check the box next to each item that you would like to renew and
click the Renew Items button. Be sure to make note of the new due
date that is assigned to each item. If you do not see renewal checkboxes
next to each item in your list, it may be because:
a. The item has been renewed too many times.
b. The item is overdue.
c. You have accumulated too many overdue fines.
d. You have too many overdue items.
Fines and Fees
The amount of money you owe the Library for overdue or lost materials.
If the amount shown exceeds the maximum allowed you may be placed
on bursar hold. See Fine
