Resource is located on the 4th floor of Bird Library in the
Limited Access Collection, which is part of the Fine Arts office complex.
The pictures, derived from magazines like Newsweek, National
Geographic, and Sports Illustrated are arranged alphabetically
by subject in file cabinets located in the Limited Access Collection. Below
is a list of subject headings and thesaurus terms. Pictures may be photocopied
in the library or borrowed for a two-week loan period. In addition to the
Picture File there are several three-ring notebooks with indexes to portraits,
objects, and picture books that may be used to supplement the picture file
