Unsupported File Formats
We do not support the native file formats of Illustrator,
FreeHand, AutoCAD, InDesign, or Quark. However, most of these
programs provide the option to save or export in another format
such as TIFF, PDF, or EPS, which we do support.
Not Recommended
Generally, we do not recommend printing JPG, GIF or any file
with a resolution under 150 ppi. This includes almost anything
taken from the Internet. Such files usually have a resolution
between 72 and 96 ppi (pixels per inch), which is an appropriate range for screen
viewing but not for printing.
If you still have questions about how to supply your file for printing,
please give us a call or drop in to speak with us. We are always
happy to help you!
