Request Items

None of our materials circulate; however, we are more than happy to generate a listening copy for your study or teaching. Listening copies may be made on CD, cassette, or open reel tape, and may be listened to here in the archive or borrowed for up to two weeks. Some items, particularly LPs, cassettes and CDs, may be listened to without having a listening copy made. You may request a listening copy with items compiled from several original recordings.

Many items can be found on SUMMIT, including most of our 78 RPM discs and virtually all of our cylinders. If you are able to provide a call number for an item in your request, that will speed the process of retrieval.
