"Archival" images were scanned at 300 dpi in 24 bit color and saved using the loss-less LZW compression scheme. Average file size per image is 8,900K. These images are available by special request only.
"Screen" images were rescaled to 300 pixels height and saved as jpegs. Resolution is 300 dpi with minimal compression. Average file size per image is 24K.
