The New York Zeta Chapter of Pi Gamma Mu was founded at Syracuse University in 1929 and is currently inactive. Pi Gamma Mu is a national honor society for students in the social sciences.
The original charter for the New York Zeta Chapter of Pi Gamma Mu was signed on May 25, 1929. Charter members include: Nathan H. Blitman, Ernest R. Bryan, Leslie A. Bryan, Wilton P. Chase, Wilbur T.
