Thomas Pearsall & Son was a firm of merchants in New York City. According to The Old Merchants of New York City, Vol. III (New York: 1885) , the firm was until 1789 Pearsall & Glover; on that date the firm dissolved and Thomas Pearsall took on his son, renaming the firm Thomas Pearsall & Son, with offices at 203 Queen St.
The Thomas Pearsall & Son Correspondence consists of letters from various merchants in London, Madeira, and Boston to the merchant firm in New York. Several are from the firm of Todhunter & Ralph in London. Wares mentioned include wine and a "Poney."
