William Shakespeare's plays have been performed and recorded in many different mediums throughout the years. These materials are from Laurence's Olivier's film versions Hamlet and Henry V. Olivier's Hamlet won a total of four Oscars, including the Best Picture award and two for Roger Furse in Art Direction and Costume Design.
The Shakespeare Screenplays consists of two paperbound, mimeographed scenarios/treatments for Henry V (1944) and a screenplay for Hamlet (1948). Two of the scripts have Roger Furse's name written or typed in them, and Hamlet also has a label with the name: "Theodore Bernstein."
