BiographyLesley Pease was appointed head of the SU Library Learning Commons in July of 2008. The Learning Commons is an active, open environment that supports student achievement and academic success through its services, spaces, resources, and partnerships The physical spaces that comprise the LC include the first three floors of Bird Library (lower level, 1st, and 2nd).Lesley's previous positions at SU Library include: Head, Social Sciences & Area Studies; Head, Maps & Government Information Department; Electronic Reference Services Librarian; and Subject and Liaison Librarian for Women's and Gender Studies, Social Work, Child & Family Studies, Gerontology, and Marriage & Family Therapy. Lesley has also served as Adjunct Faculty for the School of Information Studies (1993 - 1998). Professional Service and Affiliations
