Professional InterestsE-science, the future of science librarianship, scholarly communication and alternative publishing models in the sciences, change management, consumer health, and wellness initiatives in the workplace BiographyJanet has worked as a science librarian at Syracuse University since 1994 and for several years as the Head of Science and Technology Services. Prior to that, she was a reference librarian at Cazenovia College and worked for the Elementary Particle Theory Group in the physics department at Syracuse University, where among numerous duties, Janet served as the preprint librarian. Professional memberships include the American Library Association and the Association of College and Research Libraries. Janet holds B.A. degrees in History and Anthropology, and an MLS, all from Syracuse University.
