Biography
Terriruth Carrier is the founder and Director of the Program Management Center, where she lends her expertise in data consolidation, assessment and metrics, workflow efficiencies, and program management. After attaining both a Master of Science in Engineering Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, Terriruth first gained her professional experience in a corporate background for many years. She has contributed toward helping various businesses become more productive and efficient through the use of simple and advanced methods including Six Sigma and process improvement techniques and methodologies. Terriruth has held the position of Director of Information Systems and Technology for a number of local manufacturing firms, before branching out as Regional Director of a major consulting company and then as Managing Partner of a private firm. Terriruth is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through PMI and continues to hone her project management and engineering skills whenever possible. A Senior Member of various professional societies, Terriruth has also been published and periodically presents as an expert in her field.
