Paul is the Research Data Services Librarian. Paul has been working at Syracuse University Libraries in various data-related capacities since 2004. His main responsibilities include:
- Leading Research Data Services, a multidepartment team with expertise in various facets of the research data life cycle, provides assistance to students and faculty throughout the research process including study design, data management and data analysis.
- Providing advanced support to faculty, students, and staff in statistical computing, research methods and data analysis
- Providing advanced reference services for numeric data and statistical information from various national and international statistical sources
Prior to joining SU, Paul worked at Princeton University. He was the Senior Statistical Programmer/Data Archivist at the Office of Population Research, and a Data and Statistical Services Consultant at Princeton University Library.
Paul has a Ph.D. in Mass Communication from Syracuse University, an M.A. in Public Communication from Fordham University and a B.A. in Communication Arts from Villanova University.
