Geology LibraryThe Geology Library is located in the Heroy Geology Laboratory, adjacent to the S.U. Department of Earth Sciences. Its collections comprise 42,600 volumes and approximately 30 active print journal subscriptions (an additional 300 geoscience journals are available in electronic format).
Resources:
Course reserve books, government documents, microforms, DVDs, departmental theses and dissertations, and a small collection of New York State geological maps.
Facilities:
The library is wireless and offers study space and desktop computers with printing and scanners.
Subjects covered:
Climatology, geology, geomorphology, hydrology, meteorology, oceanography, and natural disasters.
