5) Close Acrobat Reader
Adobe Reader X
1. Open Acrobat Reader X
2. Go to Edit>Preferences> General

Not all publishers can process Year, Volume, Issue and Start page from a citation. This is common when using SU Links from a database. First try to take out Start page, then issue, if an error message is received. In most cases, users will have to renavigate to the issue needed when they reach the journal site. See Wiley error message for instances when users either have to take out the filled in info., or follow the workaround below. (3/24/11)
Please note that if you see a list of issues that have a separating line on a Wiley site, this means that we will likely not have access to the pre-1997 issues. We never purchased backfile acess to any Blackwell titles. If the holdings state otherwise, please let us know. (4/22/09)
If you are using SU Links for a Wiley title and your screen says, "Sorry, an error has occurred," go back to the SU Links screen, delete Year, Volume, Issue, and Start page. Click on the Go button and you will then see your article. (8/27/10)
